We started the company in 2013 mainly as R&D for developing innovative technologies and solutions related to AI, IT, fintech, and process management.
We have penetrated the market in 2018 by providing our solutions to several SMEs among them a brand customer SKF in Gothenburg.

Neither technology nor revolutionary methods are reliable nor trustworthy enough to be adapted as a general solution.
A solution lies in a financial regime that utilizes the new technologies within regulatory systems to address these problems. National digital money (Govcoins) is one of the many potential solutions.
Our vision is to build a contemporary financial regime to solve current problems using advanced technologies within trustworthy and reliable regulated financial tools such as national currencies.
Why?
Almost 2 billion people have no access to banking systems and are not able to use financial systems. This is one of the many problems people these days have regarding basic financial needs.
Despite all advancements in DeFi and Fintech, hundreds of millions of people in Africa use “mobile money” which is far from currently available advanced solutions.
Distancing between the DeFi industry and national/international regulatory systems holds technology back to solve these problems.
Hani is an experienced business architect and business manager who leads different tech start-ups and national and international projects in Sweden and abroad.
In addition to 10 years of business experience, Hani has deep interdisciplinary academic knowledge and studied master’s programs in Swedish universities in different fields: software engineering, IT, humanities, and social sciences.
In 2017 She was selected to be a business mentor at Founder Institue, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator.
In addition, Hani is a member of different international AI-related advisory boards. She has been invited as an expert to talk at several Swedish and international events, seminars, and podcasts such as The Parliament of North Macedonia, Washington Data and Cyber Governance Conference 2022, AI Conference of Geneva 2021, and Mediterranean Women Digital Summit 2020.
Reza is an intelligence analyst and tech innovator selected as one of the top 10 innovators of Europe at the InnovactCampus Award in 2011, France.
He is the general Director of the Swedish AI Association.
Reza is a software engineer with more than 20 years of experience in project management and team leadership in several national and international software projects. He is also a member of the European Alliance, and also an elected director of the Free Society Conference and Nordic Summit (FSCONS). He has been a business mentor for tech startups at Founder Institute, as well as an industrial mentor, thesis supervisor, and teacher assistant at the University of Gothenburg.
